* Exercise to flatten the abdominal muscles (first exercise):
How do you exercise abdominal exercises correctly?
- Beginners: Twice every time include 8 - 12 Movement.
- At center stage: Twice every time include 15 movement or more than that.
- In an advanced stage: three times each time include 20 movement or more than that.

* Exercise:
- This exercise is based on strengthening the abdominal muscles through the movement of hands until they reach the knees.
- Lie on the ground in a straighter position.
- Knees bent.
- Install both feet on the ground.
- Put your hands on your thighs, then slowly let it slip on the thighs until you reach the knees forward and then backward reverse direction to reach the starting position.
- Full control over the movements to be done slowly, which gives the difficulty and the success of the exercise.
- Be careful not to curvature of the neck or the approach of the chest and chin avoid supporting the head with one hand when you raise the body with the movement of the hands.
