bilateral exercise to strengthen the abdominal muscles
* Exercises to abdominal Atralat (a bilateral exercise to strengthen the abdominal muscles):
This exercise to get rid of the fat in the abdominal area, and consists of two exercise exercises one after the other.
- The first exercise:
- Relax on the abdominal area on the ground.
- Lifting body building on the forearms, so a 90-degree angle elbow.
- Continue to raise the body to build on your toes, make the body's balance and stay on this position for about 10 seconds.
- To ensure the integrity of the back as far as possible while doing the exercise.
- Return to the starting position
- Exercise Two:
- Sleeping on your back in a straighter, and the hands on the sides of the body.
- Raise both legs together so form a 45-degree angle with the ground.
- Stay on this position for 3 seconds.
- Slim legs again to the ground, but without that underlying as it was in the starting position, then raising them up again.
